Samsung Annouced the Expansion of One UI 6.1.1 Features

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has announced the expansion of One UI 6.1.1, bringing the latest Galaxy AI features to more devices through an upcoming update. This update will extend the AI capabilities of the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 to previous models, including the Galaxy S24 series, S23 series, S23 FE, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, and Tab S9 series. With these advanced features, users can expect enhanced communication, productivity, and creativity for a more intelligent and convenient mobile experience.

Seamless Communication Without Barriers
Galaxy AI makes communicating in different languages easy. Interpreter’s Listening Mode, now available on all updated devices, offers real-time one-way translation, perfect for presentations. Chat Assist helps users quickly draft emails, social media posts, and more. Simply input keywords, and Galaxy AI will generate full messages based on tone and personal style. Suggested replies, previously exclusive to the Galaxy Z Flip6, will now be available on Galaxy S24 series devices, enabling quick responses when paired with Galaxy Watch7 or Galaxy Watch Ultra.

Enhanced Productivity Anytime, Anywhere
With the expanded Galaxy AI features, Galaxy devices become powerful productivity tools. Note Assist simplifies meeting notes by offering translations and summaries, while a new transcript feature generates notes from voice recordings. PDF Overlay Translation makes translating text within PDF files or images easier than ever. The Sketch to Image feature offers image options based on simple sketches, while Circle to Search with Google helps users quickly find solutions to complex math problems. The newly added Sound Search feature also enhances search capabilities.

Effortless Creativity for All
Galaxy AI empowers users to create professional-quality content effortlessly. Portrait Studio enables the creation of various portrait styles like 3D cartoons or watercolors. Instant Slow-mo allows for quick and smooth video slow-motion effects, with easy saving and sharing options.

Availability
The One UI 6.1.1 update will begin rolling out for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series in Malaysia on 9 September, with updates for additional Galaxy devices coming in the following weeks.
