Infinix Genie Badge Arrives in Malaysia, Turning a Digital Accessory into a Personal Expression Tool

Infinix has officially launched the Genie Badge in Malaysia, a compact digital accessory designed to bring together personal expression, social interaction and community engagement.

Created to complement the Infinix NOTE 60 Ultra and NOTE 60 Pro, the Genie Badge takes a different approach to wearable-style accessories. Instead of simply displaying information, it gives users a small digital canvas that can be customised with their own images, animations and videos.

Built around the idea of “Flash Your Badge, Vibe Your Way,” the Genie Badge is designed for users who want their accessories to say something about who they are.

A Mini Dynamic Canvas You Can Carry Around

At the centre of the Genie Badge is a 1.85-inch circular high-definition touchscreen capable of displaying static images, animated GIFs and videos.

That means users can customise the display with almost anything that represents their personality — from original artwork and favourite characters to personal graphics, team identities or visuals created specifically for an event.

Content can be uploaded from a smartphone through the companion app, while Flash-Sync allows users to quickly transfer new content to the badge.

So instead of having one design permanently displayed, users can change it depending on their outfit, mood, event or even the people they are meeting.

The vibrant colours, high contrast and smooth animation are designed to make those visuals stand out on the small circular display.

From Personal Style to Interactive Events

The Genie Badge isn’t only about personalisation.

Infinix has also explored how the accessory can become part of interactive community experiences, including a leaderboard concept showcased during MPL S18.

For the activation, Infinix customised individual Genie Badges to represent different teams and placed them on a shared leaderboard. Visitors could then place coloured voting markers beside their preferred team, creating a simple physical voting experience where the results could be seen at a glance.

The same concept could potentially work across gaming tournaments, fan gatherings, brand activations, corporate challenges and other community events.

Instead of having a traditional digital screen showing results, the collection of individual badges becomes part of the experience itself.

The Genie Badge can also take on different roles depending on where you use it.

At a conference or corporate event, it can act as an event badge or team identifier. At a gaming or fan gathering, it can represent a favourite team or community. For everyday use, it can simply become a personalised accessory.

Its magnetic design allows the badge to attach to its stand or compatible metal surfaces, giving users different ways to position it.

Inside the compact accessory is a 500mAh battery, which Infinix says can deliver up to 10 hours of daily use and up to 30 days of standby time under its laboratory conditions.

The Infinix Genie Badge is now available in Malaysia at RM249.

Customers can also purchase it for RM199 using a discount voucher on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop, subject to voucher availability and applicable terms and conditions.
