Soundcore Aerofit Review: It’s Not Just An Ordinary Earbuds

Before the advent of wireless earbuds, we used wired headphones. As technology evolved, we transitioned to earbuds, eliminating the need to untangle wires. Now, we simply open the case, place the earbuds in our ears, and they automatically play.

When we put them back in the case, they charge for the next use. While traveling on public transportation, I notice that besides holding a smartphone, people enjoy listening with earbuds to relax their minds after long, stressful days.

Earbuds offer more than just listening capabilities; they have built-in microphones that can be used for vlogging. Aerofit, launched on February 29, 2024, features a unique design compared to others on the market. The Design 

The total weight of the earbuds with the case is 64.6g. The case is slim, pebble-designed, and lightweight with a matte finish. It’s built to withstand tough conditions, made from Titanium Polymer, and slim enough to fit in your jeans pocket. The case provides 42 hours of battery life, ample enough to last more than three weeks if you aren’t a heavy user.

The earbuds are made of TPU with a 0.7mm thick ear hook designed from aerospace-grade titanium. The ultra-lightweight open-ear design ensures you barely notice the weight. This design is non-intrusive and built around your ears with soft material for a comfortable touch, making it ideal for long wear. 

For those who don’t like in-ear buds, this design is a perfect alternative. Despite being made from soft rubber, the earbuds are durable and can withstand bending and falls without breaking. They hold firmly on your ears during workouts and have a sweat guard with IPX7 protection.

Playback Hours

The Aerofit Soundcore earbuds do not feature a spatial audio design, but they do offer the ability to customize the EQ balance to match your personal listening preferences. While these earbuds do not include Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), they provide other impressive features.

Equipped with 14mm drivers with titanium-coated domes, the earbuds are designed not only for high-quality music playback but also for clear communication. They include four microphones enhanced with an AI algorithm to ensure crystal-clear calls.

One of the standout features of these earbuds is their ability to make multiple connections, allowing for seamless switching between devices. Additionally, their long battery life means I rarely need to charge them, and they can be worn for extended periods without causing harm to my eardrums.

The charging case for the Aerofit Soundcore earbuds takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge, while the earbuds themselves can be fully charged within 1 hour.

Although Aerofit Soundcore is designed as open earbuds, you can still hear lightweight bass. The sound clarity is good, but it may not be immediately appreciated by everyone. However, when Soundcore introduced this product to the market, they had a specific purpose in mind: to enhance safety and awareness while listening to music. 

These earbuds are designed to allow users to remain conscious of their surroundings, which is a crucial safety feature. Additionally, the open-ear design is intended to prevent long-term damage to the ears, making them a healthier option for extended use. While some individuals might recognize and appreciate the importance of these safety features, the higher price point remains a significant consideration for many potential buyers.
