Designed to be worn around the neck, this cutting-edge model delivers direct cooling or warming to the body, now with significant performance upgrades and intelligent features tailored for all-day use.
Smarter, Cooler, and More Powerful
For the first time in the series, the REON POCKET PRO features dual independent thermo-modules (DUAL thermo-modules)—doubling the cooling and heating area compared to previous models. Complemented by a newly developed high-efficiency fan, this wearable device delivers approximately twice the airflow and up to twice the heat-absorbing performance, dramatically improving overall cooling power.
Users can enjoy up to 34 hours of operation at COOL Level 1, and thanks to the upgraded internal battery and energy optimization, the operating time has doubled from the previous generation.
Intelligent Temperature Control with SMART COOL Mode
The REON POCKET PRO is more than just a wearable cooler—it’s smarter. Enhanced AUTO START/STOP functionality now detects whether the device is being worn, and starts or stops automatically.
Using a combination of new sensors and Sony’s proprietary algorithm, SMART COOL mode automatically adjusts cooling based on:
- Body movement
- Skin temperature and humidity
- Surrounding environmental conditions
With this adaptive mode, users can experience up to 15 hours of optimized cooling, making it ideal for Malaysia’s hot and humid climate.
Sleek, Discreet, and Business-Ready
Compact and discreet, the REON POCKET PRO features a subtle light gray finish that blends seamlessly into professional and casual attire. Sony has also reduced operating noise by up to 50%, making it ideal for business meetings or quiet settings.
On-device controls allow for manual switching between COOL/WARM modes and level adjustments, eliminating the need for constant smartphone connectivity.
Redesigned for Ultimate Comfort
The new unit has an expanded cooling/warming area that’s approximately twice the size of its predecessor, now curved to better conform to the body. The upgraded neckband features:
- A flexible wire frame with a larger diameter
- A new silicone extension at the tips for added comfort and secure fit

Sony is also introducing a new custom-designed protective case, compatible with both the REON POCKET PRO and previous REON POCKET models. Lightweight yet durable, the case features:

Availability in Malaysia
The REON POCKET PRO will be available in Malaysia from July 2025 at a suggested retail price of RM1,199. It will be sold across 22 countries and regions in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
