Samsung Electronics has unveiled its ambitious “Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub” program, set to debut at CES® 2024. The initiative aims to collaborate with leading gaming accessory companies to develop cutting-edge products specifically tailored for the Samsung Gaming Hub, the tech giant’s game streaming platform.

Jiho Ha, Head of Service Partnerships Group at Samsung Electronics, emphasized the importance of accessories in enhancing gaming experiences. “Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub” is envisioned as a platform to work with trusted partners, crafting accessories that will elevate the overall gaming experience on the Samsung Gaming Hub.

Starting this year, consumers can look for the distinctive “Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub” badge on accessories. This badge signifies that the product has undergone rigorous testing for compatibility, quality, performance, safety, and security on Samsung devices. Users can expect the best possible game streaming experience on Samsung Gaming Hub, regardless of the supported Samsung device they choose.

As part of the program, Samsung has proudly announced its partnership with Performance Designed Products LLC (PDP), a renowned gaming accessory provider. PDP has developed the first “Designed for Samsung Gaming Hub” controller, named the “REPLAY Wireless Controller.”

The REPLAY Wireless Controller boasts a range of features tailored for an optimal gaming experience. It includes a built-in, rechargeable battery providing up to 40 hours of playtime per charge. With a 30-foot range low-latency Bluetooth wireless connection, gamers can enjoy seamless gameplay. The controller also features a dedicated Samsung Gaming Hub home button for quick access, an easy-to-use TV volume control, and a power button, among other functionalities.

To give enthusiasts a closer look, Samsung will showcase the “Replay Midnight Blue” controller at its booth during CES. The controller is currently available for pre-order on the PDP website and will soon be available for purchase on Amazon and Best Buy.
