In conjunction with Labour Day, NESCAFÉ partnered with Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) to recognise and celebrate the hardworking airport personnel who help keep Malaysia connected to the world through its “Ngopi Dulu, Kekal Bersemangat Bersama” initiative.

The collaboration reflects NESCAFÉ’s ongoing commitment to supporting frontliners and workers who continue to keep essential services running smoothly every day, especially those working behind the scenes at airports.

Building on the momentum of last year’s “Ngopi Dulu & Kekal Kental Bersama” campaign, the latest initiative continues NESCAFÉ’s mission of celebrating the resilience, determination and everyday spirit of Malaysians.

“Continuing our spirit from 2025’s Ngopi Dulu campaign, NESCAFÉ is here to support the KLIA community — especially those who work tirelessly to ensure smooth airport operations every day,” said Juan Aranols, Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Malaysia.

He added that airport operations move at a fast pace and often involve long, demanding shifts, making Labour Day the perfect opportunity to appreciate and uplift the workers who continue to keep the airport operating efficiently.

As part of the initiative, NESCAFÉ unveiled a newly refurbished Community Room at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1, designed as a dedicated space where MAHB staff can rest, recharge and connect during their workday.

The refreshed space also features a vending machine stocked with popular Nestlé products including NESCAFÉ, MILO®, KitKat® and MAGGI®, giving airport personnel easy access to refreshments throughout the day.

To further energise the KLIA workforce, NESCAFÉ distributed more than 5,000 complimentary canned beverages to airport staff, including NESCAFÉ Original, 3x Shot, Latte and Mocha variants.

The celebration also featured a surprise appearance by local artiste Black Hanifah, who delivered a special live performance that brought excitement and energy to the KLIA community.

According to NESCAFÉ, this Labour Day collaboration marks the beginning of a broader initiative to position the brand as a long-term recharge partner for KLIA staff, with more “pick-me-up” services and accessible refreshment points expected to be introduced across the airport in the future.
