AllStar Legends 2026 Promises an Unforgettable Night of Football in KL

Football fans in Malaysia are set for a massive celebration of the beautiful game as AllStar Sports Sdn. Bhd. brings the AllStar Legends showdown to Kuala Lumpur this October. Taking place on 3 October 2026 at the TM National Stadium, Bukit Jalil, the highly anticipated exhibition match will unite some of football’s biggest icons for a night packed with nostalgia, passion and unforgettable moments.

The event will see the AllStar Premier Legends — featuring legendary names from the English Premier League — take on the AllStar World Legends, a squad made up of celebrated football stars from clubs around the globe. Together, both teams promise an exciting, fan-focused spectacle designed to relive some of football’s greatest eras on one stage.

Adding to the excitement, legendary Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard is among the football icons connected to the event, alongside confirmed names such as Jaap Stam, Eidur Gudjohnsen and Ian Harte for the AllStar Premier Legends. Meanwhile, the AllStar World Legends lineup includes global stars like Dida, Javier Saviola and Maicon.

The official press conference was attended by Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports YB Mordi Bimol, who expressed support for the event and highlighted its potential to unite football fans across Malaysia through the shared passion for the sport.

Also present were AllStar Sports Project Director Steven Windsor, World Football Legends (WFL) Director Ian Holahan, as well as sponsors and media partners supporting the event.

“Sports have always been a bridge that connects communities, and football holds a special place in our hearts. Events like this don’t just celebrate the players — they celebrate fans, whose passion and love for the game make football truly unforgettable,” said Windsor.

He added that football continues to inspire unity and harmony, bringing people together regardless of background.

The organisers believe the AllStar Legends match will become one of the standout sporting events on Malaysia’s 2026 calendar, delivering not just world-class football entertainment but also an electric stadium atmosphere for supporters.

“The AllStar Premier Legends and AllStar World Legends are two teams that truly capture the spirit of the game. Their energy, talent and drive make them an ideal matchup, and fans can expect a thrilling and memorable encounter,” Windsor added.
