Built for everyday life, LinkBuds Clip delivers a natural, open listening experience that lets you hear traffic, conversations, and announcements without removing your earbuds. Their socially friendly design makes it easy to talk to people around you, while improved airflow and zero ear-canal pressure help reduce ear fatigue for all-day comfort.
Designed with customer feedback in mind, LinkBuds Clip features a unique open shape that fits comfortably in a wide range of ear types, without compromising Sony’s renowned audio quality. With sound, design and functionality working together, they offer a true “always-on” listening experience for users who want to stay connected to their environment while enjoying their favourite content.
Open design, secure fit
LinkBuds Clip features a C-shaped design that sits outside the ear canal, ensuring a comfortable and stable fit. The main body and upper band provide flexibility for different ear shapes. At the same time, optional Fitting Cushions allow users to fine-tune the fit for added security — even during outdoor activities like running.
Three listening modes for different environments
LinkBuds Clip comes with three listening modes, easily switched with a tap on the earbuds:
- Standard Mode delivers clear vocals and detailed sound for everyday listening.
- Voice Boost Mode amplifies voices, making podcasts and videos easier to hear in noisy environments such as train stations or crowded areas.
- Sound Leakage Reduction Mode minimises sound leakage in quieter spaces, allowing you to listen comfortably without disturbing others.
Sony’s signature sound and call quality
Despite their open design, LinkBuds Clip deliver impressive sound quality, tuned using expertise refined through Sony’s flagship 1000X series. Users can enjoy DSEE music upscaling, 360 Reality Audio for a personalised immersive experience, and Background Music Effect. A customisable 10-band EQ and “Find Your Own Equaliser” feature are available via the Sony | Sound Connect app.
For calls, LinkBuds Clip uses a bone-conduction sensor combined with AI-based noise reduction to capture voices clearly, even in noisy surroundings.

Designed to feel almost unnoticeable, LinkBuds Clip are lightweight and comfortable enough for all-day wear. Inspired by ear-cuff styling, they are available in multiple colour options and can be personalised further with optional case covers and fitting cushions.

LinkBuds Clip offer up to 37 hours of battery life, with quick charging that provides 1 hour of playback from just 3 minutes of charging. The Sony LinkBuds Clip will be available in Black, Green, Lavender and Greige starting 22 January 2026, with a recommended retail price of RM899.
