Samsung Electronics has announced that its latest smart TVs and monitors now support Netflix content in HDR10+. With this upgrade, viewers can enjoy their favorite shows and movies with richer contrast, deeper colors, and enhanced visual depth—making every scene more immersive.

According to Taeyong Son, Executive Vice President of Samsung’s Visual Display Business, “HDR10+ enhances the way we watch content, delivering deeper contrast and more vibrant colors for a truly cinematic experience. We’re excited to bring this to Netflix’s 300 million+ members and will continue expanding HDR10+ support across more products and platforms.”

Developed by Samsung, HDR10+ is an advanced high dynamic range (HDR) format that adjusts brightness and contrast dynamically from scene to scene. This ensures that each frame is optimized for the best picture quality possible—true to the creator’s vision.

Netflix titles with HDR10+ will be available on Samsung’s 2025 Neo QLED, OLED, and Lifestyle TVs, along with 2025 and 2024 monitor models. Support for more models is expected to roll out in the future.

This move marks a major step forward in bringing premium viewing quality to more homes, and Samsung is continuing to work with industry partners to expand HDR10+ across the streaming ecosystem.
