Historically, achieving government-grade mobile security on Android devices required external SD cards, additional software, and multiple PINs—resulting in high costs, prolonged approval cycles, and complex setups. At the core of the Knox Native Solution is its embedded Secure Element (eSE), incorporating the BSI Java Card Applet and certified at the Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance Level (CC EAL) 6+, one of the highest certifications in the industry.
