Designed for greater personalization and intuitive control, this update introduces a bold new interface built around AI, making interactions with Galaxy devices more seamless than ever. The update will first arrive on the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, and Z Flip6, with more Galaxy smartphones and tablets to follow.

One UI 7 features a cleaner, more intuitive design, offering a streamlined and cohesive experience for Galaxy users. A simplified home screen, redesigned widgets, and an updated lock screen allow effortless customization.
The Now Bar keeps important updates at a glance—whether you’re tracking your morning run or checking what’s playing on your Galaxy Buds, you can do it all without unlocking your phone.
AI-Powered Features for Smarter Interactions
One UI 7 integrates Galaxy AI to simplify everyday tasks and boost productivity:
- AI Select: Instantly save videos as GIFs with a simple swipe and tap.
- Writing Assist: Summarise and format text effortlessly.
- Drawing Assist: Transform ideas into visuals with text prompts, images, or sketches.
- Audio Eraser: Remove unwanted background noise from videos with ease.
With Google Gemini built-in, device control feels more natural than ever. Just long-press the side button and say, “Find an Italian, pet-friendly restaurant with outdoor seating nearby.” Gemini will provide results in an instant.
Even settings adjustments are easier with natural language search—just type or say “My eyes are feeling tired,” and recommended display settings like brightness adjustments or Eye Comfort Shield will appear.
