Visitors to the activation can enjoy personalised skincare experiences, including free skin analysis sessions and one-on-one consultations with dermatologists and healthcare professionals. These expert-led consultations are designed to provide tailored guidance while helping consumers better understand their skin conditions and concerns.

Beyond consultations, the activation also features an interactive Product Experience Zone where visitors can explore and sample Cetaphil’s range of skincare products, including the Cetaphil Baby lineup. Consumers will also have the opportunity to experience different product textures and formulations firsthand.

To make the experience more engaging, Cetaphil On Tour includes a variety of interactive activities and rewards. Visitors who complete the activity journey can unlock access to the Claw Machine and stand a chance to win freebies such as five-piece sample sets and manicure kits. Activities include skin journey stations, memory match games, and photo zone engagements where visitors can share their experiences online.

Exclusive on-ground promotions are also available throughout the tour.
