1. Main Display
When unfolded, the Galaxy Z Flip6 features a Dynamic AMOLED screen with stunning picture quality. Whether you’re viewing photos, or videos, or playing games, the vivid detail is unmatched. The display is engineered to withstand external shocks and return to its original form upon unfolding. With new materials and design techniques, the Galaxy Z Flip6 offers both improved durability and flexibility. The crease along the fold is noticeably less pronounced, and the Ultra Thin Glass (UTG) has been strengthened by 60%. Additionally, high-efficiency organic materials and a new coating technique reduce reflectivity, boosting outdoor visibility with peak brightness increased from 1,750 to 2,600 nits.

2. Hinge
At the heart of the Galaxy Z Flip6’s slim design and smooth folding experience is Samsung’s top-tier hinge technology. When folded, four drive shafts shape the display into a water droplet, ensuring the screens fit seamlessly together. The hinge module features a symmetrical dual-rail structure that evenly distributes external shocks, allowing the device to be used at various angles between 75 and 115 degrees. FlexMode enables hands-free use for watching videos or taking photos without the need for a stand or tripod.

3. Hinge Cover and Case
The hinge cover and case of the Galaxy Z Flip6 are crafted from Enhanced Armor Aluminum, offering superior resistance to scratches and damage. The luxurious color options are the result of an optimized anodizing process, and the use of recycled materials reflects Samsung’s commitment to sustainability.

4. Vapor Chamber
For the first time in the Z Flip series, the Galaxy Z Flip6 includes a vapor chamber. This feature effectively diffuses heat, preventing the device from overheating and maintaining stable performance. Despite the foldable design, Samsung has managed to incorporate a large vapor chamber to enhance heat dissipation.

5. Main Battery
The Galaxy Z Flip6 is equipped with a 4,000mAh battery. Through innovative molding techniques on the battery protection circuits, Samsung minimized the size of the protection board, maximizing the battery capacity within the compact space of the device.

6. Sub Battery
The sub battery, now more energy-dense than previous versions, further improves the Galaxy Z Flip6’s battery performance.

7. Main PBA
As the brain of the smartphone, the printed board assembly (PBA) houses essential components like the memory and processor. The Galaxy Z Flip6 is the most compact model in the series, featuring a stacked main PBA with highly integrated parts.

8. Sub PBA
Located near the charging terminal and speaker, the sub-PBA supports various radio frequency bands and the standard USB Type-C connector. It also includes a low-noise Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) microphone for precise speech recognition.

9. Back Cover
The back cover, which forms the outer shell of the Galaxy Z Flip6 when folded, is made with Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus 2® from Corning, a world leader in glass technology and a long-time partner of Samsung.
