OXY Malaysia Expands “Sending Love & Care to Children” Campaign to Empower Underprivileged Students
September 26, 2025OXY, Malaysia’s trusted anti-acne skincare brand, is reaffirming its commitment to youth empowerment through education with the fourth year of its “Sending Love & Care to Children” campaign. Since its launch in 2022, the initiative has provided educational aid and support to over 795 underprivileged students, helping marginalised children unlock brighter futures through equal access to learning opportunities.
Breaking Barriers Through Education
In collaboration with Watsons Malaysia and MyKasih Foundation, OXY continues its mission to level the playing field for children from disadvantaged backgrounds. By addressing challenges such as financial hardship and lack of educational support, the campaign seeks to break down barriers, boost confidence, and help students take charge of their own futures.
This year, the programme is extending support to 140 students across four Klang Valley schools:
- Sekolah Kebangsaan Kampung Busut
- Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Tadom
- Sekolah Kebangsaan Olak Lempit
- Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Bumbun
Students will benefit from specially designed after-school literacy and numeracy programmes, strengthening their core skills in reading, writing, and mathematics — building a foundation for academic success and lifelong learning.
Education Beyond the Classroom
To complement classroom support, OXY is also providing learning materials and stationery to enhance the student experience. Additionally, this year’s campaign featured a mini sports day that merged education with fun, interactive activities.
Highlights included:
- Basketball Math and Spelling Scramble – sharpening literacy and numeracy skills through play.
- Relay Races and Team Challenges – building collaboration, confidence, and resilience.
By integrating physical activity with academic learning, OXY reinforced the idea that education can be engaging, inspiring, and holistic.
A Consistent and Lasting Commitment
“OXY’s continuous commitment to the ‘Sending Love & Care to Children’ campaign stems from our belief that meaningful change requires consistency. She added, “Literacy and numeracy are more than academic skills — they are stepping stones to confidence and opportunity. For marginalised students, these foundations can transform their learning journey, helping them believe in themselves and dream bigger.”

The 2025 campaign was made possible through a fundraising initiative where RM1 from every OXY product sold was channelled directly into the education fund. A total of RM50,000 was raised this year to support the participating schools and students.
