Samsung Malaysia Electronics has introduced the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ to the Malaysian market, following its debut at IFA 2023 in Berlin. This innovative all-in-one washer and dryer combines washing and drying functions in a compact, space-saving unit, completing both cycles seamlessly in one go. Designed to elevate everyday convenience, it features advanced AI and a 7-inch display for a smooth, engaging laundry experience.

The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ merges a washer and dryer into a single unit, delivering the performance of two machines using Samsung’s Ecobubble™ and Heatpump Drying Technology. This design eliminates the need to move clothes between appliances, freeing up time and reducing effort. Additionally, its compact form helps save space, allowing users to enjoy a clutter-free environment while reaping the benefits of a complete laundry solution.

With a substantial capacity of 25kg for washing and 15kg for drying, this appliance handles large loads, including items like king-sized comforters, enabling users to spend less time on laundry and more time enjoying life.

A standout feature, AI Wash & Dry, optimizes each load by using sensors that adapt settings for washing and drying. The system automatically adjusts water, detergent, and wash time based on the load’s weight, fabric, and soil level, then tailors the drying cycle accordingly. This intelligent system provides a thorough, efficient, and personalized laundry experience.

User-Friendly Experience

The 7-inch LCD acts as the control center, presenting essential information such as detergent levels, cycle details, and energy consumption. Machine learning capabilities allow it to suggest cycles based on user habits and seasonal needs. Post-cycle reports on energy and water usage are available on the display or the SmartThings App.

Additionally, the combo includes 3D Map View for real-time monitoring of connected appliances in the home, enabling users to control other devices, such as the air conditioner or robot vacuum, right from the laundry room.

The latest Bixby update enhances voice interaction by understanding complex commands, allowing users to handle multiple tasks in one request. For instance, users can say, “What’s the weather like?” and follow up with, “Start the wash cycle and lower the living room temperature.” If an error occurs, users can simply ask Bixby for guidance. The Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ even allows voice commands without saying “Hi Bixby,” making it easier to interact naturally with the machine.
