realme 13 Pro Series Launch on 19 September 2024
September 10, 2024realme, one of the world’s fastest-growing smartphone brands, has announced a unique collaboration
with the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA), to draw inspiration from Claude Monet, the iconic Impressionist master, for the realme 13 Pro Series. Through this first-of-its-kind partnership, realme will launch two exclusive color variants – Monet Gold and Monet Purple – blending Monet’s artistry with modern technology for younger audiences worldwide.
The Monet Gold and Monet Purple editions, designed in partnership with the MFA, are inspired by Monet’s renowned masterpieces Grainstack (Sunset) and Water Lilies. These designs reflect Monet’s ability to capture light and shadow, featuring millions of shimmering particles that mimic his brushstrokes, while offering a frosted, fingerprint-resistant finish for a sleek and sophisticated look.
Monet’s works continue to fetch impressive prices at auctions, highlighting their timeless value. For example, his painting Meules (Haystack) set a record in 2019, selling for $110.7 million (approximately RM509 million), while Nymphéas en fleur (Water Lilies) achieved $84.7 million in 2018. These achievements emphasize the lasting impact of Monet’s work, which realme has beautifully integrated into the 13 Pro Series.
In addition to its artistic design, the realme 13 Pro Series marks a technological breakthrough with realme’s first ultra-clear camera featuring AI capabilities. Equipped with two Sony LYTIA sensors, including the industry-first Sony LYT-701, the series enables young users to explore photography in a completely new way.
