realme has officially launched the realme C100x in Malaysia, bringing a combination of long-lasting battery life, everyday performance and improved durability to the company’s C Series.

Designed for users who spend their days streaming, gaming, messaging, navigating and multitasking, the realme C100x focuses on keeping users connected for longer without pushing the price into premium territory.

The smartphone will be available in Malaysia from 28 August 2026, with the special launch price to be revealed soon.

Massive 8,000mAh Battery Built for Long Days

One of the biggest highlights of the realme C100x is its 8,000mAh Titan battery, paired with 45W fast charging.

The battery is designed for users who spend long hours on their smartphones, whether watching videos, gaming, using navigation, chatting or simply browsing throughout the day.

realme says the battery can maintain consistent performance across temperatures ranging from -20°C to 53°C, making it suitable for demanding environments.

Despite carrying such a large battery, the C100x maintains a relatively slim 8.78mm profile, with rounded corners designed to provide a more comfortable grip.

When the battery does eventually run low, 45W fast charging can provide up to four hours of calling time from just five minutes of charging.

The phone also supports 6W Reverse Charge, allowing it to act as a portable power source for compatible devices and accessories.

Built for Long-Term Battery Health

Having a large battery is one thing, but maintaining its performance over the years is another.

The realme C100x is designed to support up to 1,600 charging cycles and up to seven years of battery health, with realme’s AI battery protection technology helping to slow battery aging and maintain stable power output.

For users who tend to keep their smartphones for several years, this could be one of the more practical aspects of the C100x.

ArmorShell Protection for Everyday Accidents

The realme C100x isn’t just focused on battery endurance. The company has also put considerable attention into durability through its ArmorShell Protection.

The system incorporates several structural improvements, including an optimised front-shell design, a shock-absorbing structure for key internal components, a high-strength glass cover and additional reinforcement around vulnerable impact areas.

The result is a phone designed to withstand the occasional knocks and drops that can happen during everyday use.

The C100x has passed the MIL-STD 810H military-grade shock resistance test and supports up to 2-metre front drop resistance on marble surfaces.

The device also carries an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance, protecting against everyday dust and splashes.

For situations where your hands aren’t completely dry, Wet Hand Touch 2.0 is designed to maintain accurate touch input in wet conditions.

realme has also included an intelligent speaker-cleaning system that uses sound waves to help remove dust and water from the speaker.

The durability claims are backed by more than 130 reliability tests and over 320 quality assessments, covering different everyday usage scenarios and environmental conditions.

120Hz Display and Smooth Everyday Performance

The realme C100x is also designed to deliver a smoother smartphone experience with its 120Hz Ultra Smooth Display.

The higher refresh rate helps make scrolling, animations and touch interactions feel more fluid, while peak brightness of up to 900 nits is designed to keep the display visible when using the phone outdoors under strong sunlight.

For entertainment, the phone features a 300% UltraBoom Speaker, giving users a louder audio experience when watching videos, listening to music or gaming without headphones.

Under the hood, the C100x supports up to 256GB of storage and up to 24GB Dynamic RAM, allowing users to keep more applications and content on the device while supporting smoother multitasking.

realme is also highlighting its 48-Month Smooth Performance Certification, positioning the C100x as a device designed to maintain a responsive experience over a longer period.

Connectivity That Adapts to Your Environment

Connectivity can become frustrating when you’re moving through areas with weak or congested signals.

The C100x introduces AI Netpilot, which uses intelligent signal optimisation to improve connectivity in challenging environments, including crowded neighbourhoods, subways and rural areas.

The smartphone also comes with additional software features such as AI Outdoor Mode and Mini Capsule, while running realme UI based on Android 16.

Price and Availability in Malaysia

The realme C100x will officially go on sale in Malaysia from 28 August 2026.

It will be available through official realme Brand Stores, authorised dealer stores, and realme’s official stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

The special launch price will be revealed soon, so Malaysian consumers looking for a smartphone focused on battery endurance, durability and everyday performance will have another option to consider.

With its combination of an 8,000mAh battery, 45W fast charging, 120Hz display, ArmorShell Protection and long-term performance focus, the realme C100x is clearly designed around one idea: giving users a smartphone that can keep up with everyday life without constantly worrying about charging, accidental drops or performance slowing down.
